We are told .... It is interesting that some of the strongest teachings in the Scriptures comes through the many biographies that are found. God has continued to work since the times of the Bible and there are many many books well worth taking the time to read and ponder. Because I taught a class on practical church history where we considered the lives of famous Christians who signficantly advanced the Kingdom of God, people like Hudson Taylor and William Carey, I had the opportunity to not only read but lecture on many of these famous people. On this page you find some of their biographies. I know you will blessed in reading. In reading, be aware that they lived many years ago and did not know the amount of truth that you may know. However they were faithful with the truth they knew and God exceedingly blessed their endeavors. Are you acquainted with biographies that I have missed? Please let me know. Dan
