We have been enjoying regular oat meal in the morning for a long time. Recently we have added steel-cut oats to the mix. Steel-cut oats are cut instead of rolled and thus are in a more natural state. They are easy to make.
1 Cup of Steel-Cut Oats
2 Cups of Water
Add a bit of Salt.
Bring the Steel-Cut Oats to a boil.
Turn the fire down on low, continue stirring for seven minutes.
As you can see in the image, adding fruit and various nuts greatly enhance the taste and nutrient blessing of your breakfast.
