Delicious, Hard-to-Resist Seedy Crackers

Introduction

We are often disappointed when we buy crackers in stores because they don't have much crunch, they often taste a little strange, and end up not being eaten. These crackers are different. They are made of many different seeds, are crunchy, taste fresh, and quickly disappear. We think you will like them. This is our version of a recipe inspired by the Oh She Glows Every Day recipe book.

Ingredients

1/2 Cup Chia Seeds

1/2 Cup Raw Sunflower Seeds

1/2 Cup Raw Pumpkin Seeds

1/2 Cup Raw Sesame Seeds

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

1 Cup Water

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 300 F

1. Mix seeds and salt together.

2. Add water and let sit for 2-5 minutes.

3. Use parchment or a nonstick baking sheet liner
on a baking sheet. Place 1/2 to all of the mixture on a lined baking sheet (You can do this on one sheet, but two may be easier). Place plastic wrap on top of the mixture, and roll or pat and smooth with your hands (1/4 inch or less thick). Remove plastic wrap and salt if you wish.

4. Bake for 35 minutes, flip and bake 35 minutes more.

5. Break the crackers into the size you desire for eating. If they are not dry and crispy, bake at 250°F until they are dry and crispy.

5. Enjoy!
